This  solid silver pendant is made from a heavy decorative teaspoon handle from 1906 London.
The pendant hangs down approximately 39mm and is 12mm at its widest point.
Finished on a solid silver snake chain,18" long. 
This item still carries its original hallmark and comes with a full change of use certificate from Sheffield Assay.
